Fabulous lapbook freebies every Monday afternoon and then many times in between. Not every week is a lapbook for free, but there is a great freebie every week. Often you will get a free Hands Of A Child lapbook project pack or other great brand name.
If you subscribe to their emails, you will get special notices on their cool specials and even mega freebie weeks (or days). Every Mother's Day they have something like this and at other times during the year.
Aside form Unit Studies, a Charlotte Mason type of homeschooling is one of the most inexpensive and offers lots of learning that still is fun. In fact, most unit studies that I know of, incorporate many of the ideas that a CM education affords.
